The organizer makes no guarantees regarding the likelihood of winning, and participation does not imply entitlement to a prize unless all eligibility and verification conditions are met.

 

📜 Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

  • Participants must be 18 years or older.

  • Open to residents and visitors of the UAE, unless restricted by local law.

  • Only individuals with a valid subscription for the current month’s treasure hunt are eligible to claim the prize.

  • Entry is granted upon successful payment of 100 AED for the current competition period.

 

2. Participation

  • By subscribing, participants gain access to the digital treasure map and clues.

  • The treasure hunt will take place in designated public areas within the UAE.

  • Participants are responsible for their own safety and conduct.

  • Participants agree to comply with all UAE laws and regulations during the event.

 

3. Competition Rules

  • A digital map with a 10km search radius will be provided at the start of each hunt.

  • The search area will shrink weekly until the prize is found (ending at a 5-meter radius).

  • Clues may be released via email or social media.

  • Only original GoldBar Seeker-issued coins are eligible to win.

 

4. Prize & Claim Process

  • The winner will receive a gold bar of a specific weight (announced before each hunt).

  • The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.

  • To claim the prize, the winner must:

    • Post a photo or video of themselves holding the coin.

    • Ensure the photo/video includes: the coin, the person, surroundings, and a visible time/date (watch, phone, etc.).

    • Share a GPS pin or live location via Google Maps from the discovery spot.

    • Present the physical coin in person during the arranged prize handover.

  • The prize will be awarded within 72 hours after successful verification.

  • Winners are responsible for any taxes or duties associated with the prize.

 

5. Group Participation

  • Participants may search as a team, but only one individual may officially claim the prize.

  • That individual must have a valid subscription and meet all prize verification requirements.

 

6. Disqualification

  • Participants may be disqualified for:

    • Tampering with the coin or falsifying clues

    • Submitting fake evidence or GPS locations

    • Trespassing or damaging property

    • Engaging in unlawful or dangerous behavior

  • Disqualified participants forfeit their eligibility without refund.

 

7. Liability & Safety

  • Participation involves outdoor activity at your own risk.

  • GoldBar Seeker will not be held liable for any injuries, losses, or damages during the event, except in cases of gross negligence or proven misconduct.

  • Participants must take precautions and avoid dangerous or restricted areas.

 

8. Force Majeure

  • GoldBar Seeker is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

    • Natural disasters

    • Government regulations

    • Acts of war or terrorism

    • Technical failures

  • In such cases, the organizer may reschedule or cancel the event without compensation or prior notice.

 

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content, branding, visuals, maps, and digital tools on this site are the exclusive property of GoldBar Seeker.

  • No material may be copied or reproduced without written consent.

 

10. Media & Publicity Consent

  • By participating, you grant GoldBar Seeker permission to use any submitted or captured photos, videos, testimonials, or social media posts for marketing purposes without additional consent or compensation.

  1. A digital map with a 10km search radius will be provided to all subscribers at the start of each competition.

  2. The search radius will shrink weekly until it reaches 5 meters on the final day.

  3. The prize is hidden physically within the marked area. Clues may be provided on social media, through email or on our website.

  4. The first participant to find the hidden coin, meeting all verification requirements, will win the prize.

 

🟡 Prize Claiming Process

  1. The participant must:

    • Post a clear photo or video of themselves holding the coin, with the location and date/time visible.

    • Share their live GPS location or a Google Maps pin to confirm the discovery spot.

    • Present the physical coin in-person at the prize handover meeting.

  2. The prize will be handed over to the verified winner within 72 hours, live or publicly documented for transparency.

  • Participants may search as a team, but only one individual can officially claim the prize and must be registered with a valid subscription.

 

🟡 Disqualification & Ethics

  • Tampering with the coin, creating fake clues, or interfering with other participants is strictly prohibited.

  • Only original coins issued by GoldBar Seeker are eligible for winning.

  • Any participant found in breach of the rules may be disqualified without refund.
